Indoor Vendor Spaces

Indoor vendor spaces provide a comfortable, climate-controlled setting with consistent foot traffic throughout the event.

All spaces include table(s) based on selection and are arranged to create an easy, enjoyable shopping experience.

• Indoor Table (6 ft table included)
• Indoor Premium Table (6 ft table included)
• Indoor Booth (8×10 – table included)
• Indoor Premium Booth (8×10 – table included)
• Indoor Double Booth (expanded space – two tables included)

Outdoor Vendor Spaces

Outdoor vendor spaces offer an open-air shopping experience with steady foot traffic throughout the event.

All outdoor vendors must bring their own setup unless a table rental is selected.

• Lawn Space (approx. 10×12 – no vehicle access)
• Pavement Space (approx. 10×16–20 – vehicle access at your space)

Important Information

• Vendor spaces are assigned in advance based on layout, product type, and overall event flow
• One vendor space per vendor unless additional space is approved in advance
• All setups must remain within your assigned space
• Indoor vendors will have tables provided based on selection
• Outdoor vendors must bring their own setup unless a table rental is selected

Vendor Guidelines

This event is primarily focused on yard sale items, secondhand goods, and collectibles.

We do accept a limited number of handmade and craft vendors. Similar items may be spaced out to maintain variety throughout the event.

Registration Timeline

• Returning vendors received early access prior to public release
• Public registration opens May 1
• Spaces are first come, first served
• Payment is required to secure your spot
