VENDOR SPACES ARE CURRENTLY SOLD OUT

The vendor waitlist is now open.

If a confirmed vendor cancels or is unable to attend, their assigned space may become available. When a space opens, an email will be sent to vendors on the waitlist and the available space will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please be aware that cancellations can happen at any time, including very close to event day.

September 20 Vendor Space Information

The space information below is provided for reference only. All September 20 spaces are currently sold out.

Indoor Space Types

Available Indoor Spaces

  • Indoor Standard Table (6 ft table included)
  • Indoor Booth (8′ × 10′ – 6 ft table included)
  • Indoor Double Booth (16′ × 10′ – Two 6 ft tables included)

Outdoor Space Types

Outdoor pavement spaces offer convenient vehicle access and an open-air shopping experience.

Please note: Tables are not included with outdoor spaces. Vendors must bring their own tables or rent one during registration.

Available Outdoor Spaces

  • Pavement Space (Approx. 10′ × 20′ – Vehicle Access)
  • Double Pavement Space (Approx. 20′ × 20′ – Vehicle Access)

Important Information

  • Vendor spaces are assigned in advance based on event layout, product category, and overall event flow.
  • Please select one vendor space (Indoor or Outdoor). Multiple spaces require prior approval.
  • All displays, inventory, tables, racks, and canopies must remain within your assigned space.
  • Indoor spaces include table(s) as described with each option.
  • Outdoor vendors must provide their own tables unless rented during registration.
  • If a space becomes available, payment is required to reserve it. No payment is required to join the waitlist.

Harvest & Holiday Market is a curated holiday shopping experience.

We welcome a variety of vendors, including:

  • Other unique small businesses

To provide shoppers with the best experience, similar products may be limited or spaced throughout the event to maintain a balanced vendor mix.

Waitlist Process

  1. Complete the vendor application below.
  2. No payment is required to join the waitlist.
  3. If a confirmed vendor cancels, we will email the waitlist with the type of space that has become available.
  4. Available spaces will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
  5. Openings may occur at the last minute, so please watch your email as September 20 approaches.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee placement at this event.

Vendor Fraud & Impersonation Notice

Please be aware of individuals falsely representing Purrfect Thrift and our events.

Official vendor communications will only come from an email address ending in @purrfectthrift.com or through our official Purrfect Thrift website and vendor application.

Our event name, photographs, graphics, or promotional artwork appearing in an email or social media post does not mean the communication is from Purrfect Thrift.

Vendor spaces are non-transferable and cannot be sold or reassigned by another vendor. Do not send payment or personal information to anyone claiming to represent our event unless you have verified that the communication is from Purrfect Thrift.

If you receive a questionable vendor invitation, payment request, or offer for a vendor space, please contact us directly through PurrfectThrift.com before responding.
