Terms and Conditions – Purrfect Thrift

Welcome to Purrfect Thrift! By shopping with us, donating items, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. General Information

Purrfect Thrift sells both new and used items, and all items are sold "as-is." We operate in accordance with the state laws of New Hampshire. By purchasing from or donating to our store, you agree to the policies outlined below.

2. Product Condition

- Used Items All pre-owned items are sold in “as-is” condition. We inspect all items to ensure they are of acceptable quality, but used items may show signs of wear, minor damage, or cosmetic defects.

- New with tag Items: Any new items sold in our store will be marked as such. These items are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties, if applicable.

3. Refund and Exchange Policy

- ALL Items: All sales of used items are **final**. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted on pre-owned goods unless otherwise required by law. 

4. Donation Policy

We gladly accept donations of gently used, clean items. Please refer to our donation guidelines, available in-store or online, to ensure your items are eligible. We reserve the right to refuse donations that do not meet our quality standards.

Donation Pickup: Customers may schedule a free pickup via our website. Pickup requests must include a photo of the items to ensure they fit within our vehicle capacity. Pickup is limited to specific areas, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule based on availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed in the store are final and subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept payment methods, cash, cards etc.]. New Hampshire does not impose sales tax on retail items, in accordance with state law.

6. Liability

- Purrfect Thrift is not responsible for any harm or injury resulting from the use or misuse of items purchased from our store.

- Customers assume all responsibility for ensuring that the items they purchase are appropriate for their use and that they comply with all applicable safety standards.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected during transactions or donations will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. We do not sell or distribute personal information to third parties.

8. Compliance with New Hampshire Law

Purrfect Thrift operates in full compliance with all applicable state and local laws of New Hampshire. This includes consumer protection regulations regarding the sale of secondhand goods and any relevant health and safety standards.

9. Items from Pet-Owned Homes

 Some items in our store may come from homes with pets. While we do our best to clean and inspect all items, we cannot guarantee that they are free from allergens such as pet hair or dander. It is the buyer’s responsibility to take any necessary precautions if they have allergies or sensitivities. All items are sold "as-is," and no refunds or exchanges will be granted due to pet-related allergens.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
