Terms and Conditions – Purrfect Thrift

By shopping with us, donating items, or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Purrfect Thrift sells both new and used items “as-is” and operates in accordance with New Hampshire state law. By purchasing from or donating to our store, you accept the policies outlined below.

2. Product Condition

  • Used Items: All pre-owned items are sold “as-is.” While we inspect items for quality, signs of wear or cosmetic defects may still be present.

  • New with Tags: Clearly labeled and may be covered under manufacturer warranties, if applicable.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

All sales of used items are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless required by law.

4. Donation Policy

We accept clean, gently used donations that meet our quality standards.

  • Donation Guidelines: Available in-store or online.

  • Donation Pickup: Free service within select areas. Photos are required in advance. Pickups may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion based on availability.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved forms of payment. New Hampshire does not charge sales tax on retail items.

6. Liability

  • Purrfect Thrift is not liable for injury or damage caused by the use or misuse of any purchased item.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that items meet their intended needs and safety requirements.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal data collected is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

8. Compliance with State Law

Purrfect Thrift adheres to all relevant local and state regulations governing the sale of secondhand goods, donation practices, and health/safety standards.

9. Items from Pet-Owned Homes

Some items may originate from pet-friendly environments. We do our best to clean and inspect all items, but cannot guarantee they are allergen-free. Buyers with allergies should use caution. No returns are granted for pet-related sensitivities.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. The effective date will reflect the most recent changes.
