It’s almost here!

Each vendor space is approximately the size of a standard parking spot.

Premium spaces are $40 and are located closest to the store entrance and main traffic flow, giving vendors maximum visibility and shopper access. There are only 4 premium spaces available, and 2 have already been sold, so only 2 remain. Availability is very limited.

- **Deadline:** Vendors may sign up until all spaces are filled. Once filled, a waitlist will be started.  

- **Cancellations:** Please note there are **no refunds** if you cancel after reserving your space.

Food vendors are welcome at the event.  

- **Requirements:** All food vendors must comply with all local and state laws and regulations regarding food preparation and sales.  

- **Power:** No power is provided on site. Vendors must bring their own power source if required.

Vendors may arrive after 10:00 AM on event day for setup. Doors open promptly at noon, and crowds start arriving early.

Yes. All vendors must bring their own tents and equipment. The main tent is reserved only for Purrfect Thrift and Happy Tails.

Yes. 8 ft tables can be rented through the tent company at a cost of $13 each. Please notify Purrfect Thrift asap.

Yes. We will have a porta potty available on site for the event.

Yes. Vendors are welcome to donate unsold, clean, floor-ready items to Purrfect Thrift at the end of the event.

The event is rain or shine! Bring your own tent to stay covered.

No. Happy Tails Pet Rescue is a beneficiary only. Purrfect Thrift is hosting this event, and we never cohost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Additional parking is available in the back, and traffic will be directed there. Vendors and shoppers should follow posted directions & event staff.

 We had originally lined up a food vendor, but unfortunately they backed out at the last minute. We’ve been working hard to find a replacement, but if we aren’t able to confirm one in time, don’t worry — we’ll have a small concession stand on-site with water, soda, and snacks available for purchase.

Hungry for more? There are also great local options right here in our plaza and across the street:

• The Good Place (same parking lot) – Breakfast only on Sundays, open until 1 PM
   
• Cali Burrito (across the street) – Open all day, casual Mexican favorites
   
• Dynamite Sushi (same plaza) – Typically opens at 11:30 AM (hours TBD for event day)
   

So whether you grab a quick bite from us, enjoy a local restaurant, or bring your own, you’ll have plenty of choices to keep you fueled while you shop, sell, and join in the fun!

All spaces must be left clean and clear as they were upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in not being invited back to future events.

Those contributing to the raffle must bring in their items no later than September 17 at 5 PM.

Yes. Well-behaved pets are welcome outdoors as long as they are on a leash and owners follow all town laws. Please note: our store can become very crowded, so use discretion and ensure pets are comfortable in that environment. The inside of Purrfect Thrift is intended to remain a pet-free shopping area for those with allergies or concerns, but we do not have staff available to enforce this during large events.

- 1 ticket = $2  

- 3 tickets = $5  

- 10 tickets = $15  

How It Works

- **Pre-Sale Tickets:** Buy your tickets in-store before the event to secure your entries early.  Ticket Sales begin on Wednesday Aug 20th.

- **Multiple Winners:** We’ll have 2–3 themed raffle baskets, giving everyone more chances to win.  

- **Day-of Event Draw:** Winners will be announced near the end of the sale, so stick around for the excitement!  

- **Stay Updated:** Follow us on Facebook to see basket previews and ticket reminders leading up to the event.
